Rod Hunt was commissioned by Property Week Magazine to illustrate a feature on the growing space industry in the UK. Primarily the UK is mainly focusing on building and putting satellites into space. Rod illustrated a busy spaceport with a rocket on the launch pad surrounded by large industrial hangars for rocket building and satellite production facilities. The editor also wanted to include a few fun easter eggs such as the Millennium Falcon being chased by Tie Fighters and Devils Tower National Monument, the iconic mountain that featured in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind. The final illustration was printed as a double page spread in the magazine.
