Black and White Line Illustration for the The World's Largest Colour by Numbers
Rod Hunt worked with Guinness World Records in 2024 to illustrate the Worlds Largest Colour By Numbers! Based on his Guinness World Records book covers from 2021 - 2024. He had to translate his colour illustrations to black & white line then create a continuous printed mural artwork measuring 200 m² (2152.78 ft²)! Then Rod created a colour key for the numbers for each pen colour to be added. Needless to say it was a bit of a challenge. School children were invited to Parque de las Ciencias (Puerto Rico) at Bayamón Parque de las Ciencias to colour the artwork for the Guinness World Record attempt.
