Guinness World Records 2023 book cover illustration by Rod Hunt
Rod Hunt was commissioned by Guinness World Records to create the detailed search and find style illustrated cover to the 2023 book, continuing their successful partnership. This years book shines a spotlight on space, with the cover squeezing in hundreds of record-breaking people, animals and objects. This year’s cover artwork once again 'jigsaws' with the previous covers, adding to the series’ collectability. How many record holders can you spot this time around?!

Our special focus this year is on space, starting immediately with the action-packed cover. Award-winning artist Rod Hunt is back with an eye-popping illustration that takes our “Discover Your World” concept into the Solar System and beyond! Then, inspired by recent developments in space travel, the first chapter launches into humanity’s ambitious adventures into the
final frontier, from the earliest rocket launches and Shuttle programmes to life onboard the International Space Station and the latest developments in space tourism.
