Rod Hunt was commissioned by Places for People to create an illustration to explain the group structure of the business to new recruits to improve the staff induction programme. Staff need to understand their place in the organisation and how their work impacts on others, both internal staff and external customers.
The illustration needed to feel vibrant & contemporary, with the main objectives being to enable a better understanding of the business structure, how they opperate, understand what the company does & let staff see their place in the big picture.
