Rod Hunt was commissioned by Smart Soho to create a cross section building illustration of 50 Electric Boulevard for its launch campaign. The Fosters + Partners designed office building sits within the 42 acre Battersea Power Station Development.
Rod created a detailed cutaway isometric illustration visualising the 50 Electric Boulevard office building, its architecture, interior and the surrounding Battersea neighbourhood. The detailed cross section illustration was animated creating a stunning film and an interactive building model used across the marketing brochure, website, and other merchandise.

Set to complete in summer 2023, this latest phase of prime, next generation commercial office space has been designed by Foster + Partners and offers soaring views of the iconic Power Station.
Featuring terraces throughout the building and a private multi-use amenity space, the new 200,000 sq ft office building has been designed with smart-tech and sustainability at its heart. Located to the south of the Grade II* listed Power Station, it forms part of London’s newest pedestrianised high street: Electric Boulevard, a lifestyle destination incorporating new homes, offices, and retail as well as the new Battersea Power Station Underground entrance.
